Youth Leadership Forum Deadline Extended! November 14th, 2018
The 2019 YLF Student Application (PDF) is now available and the deadline to apply is extended to November 25.
What is YLF?
The California Youth Leadership Forum (YLF) is a self-advocacy and leadership development program for students with disabilities who are sophomores and juniors in high school. The 2019 YLF is tentatively scheduled for July 15-19 at the California State University, Sacramento (pending funding availability).
Students stay overnight in college dorms for the college experience. During the program, students learn about employment resources, additional educational opportunities, independence and assistive technology. This video shows the activities of the week.
